#What a skill is
Each TFI skill handles one task. It tells the AI what to ask you first, the steps to follow, the rules to keep, and what the finished result should look like. Every skill page shows a real before and after.
#Three ways to use one
1. Download free (Claude)
Download the zip from the skill page. In Claude, open Settings, go to Capabilities, and upload the zip under Skills. Claude then uses it whenever you ask for that kind of job. You don't need to unzip it.
2. Copy the prompt (ChatGPT and other AI)
Click “Copy prompt” and paste it at the start of a new chat in ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or another assistant, then give it your details. Paste it again in each new chat, or save it in that tool's custom or project instructions.
3. Have TFI set it up for you
Request setup on the skill page. TFI contacts you, sets it up in the AI tool you use, and shows you how to run it. From $150, confirmed with you before any payment.

- ✓ Checked
- Passed TFI's AI checks for structure, clarity and safety. Not yet read line by line by a person.
- ✓ Reviewed
- Passed the AI checks and was also read and approved by a person. Safety, legal and medical skills are approved by a qualified professional in that field.
Skills that deal with higher-risk subjects are held back for a person to review and do not appear until they are approved.
#Tips for good results
- Give the details the skill asks for. Missing details lead to guesses, and the skill flags them as open items.
- Read the result before you send or use it. You know your customers and your business best.
- Check prices, dates, and legal or safety rules against your own records and local requirements.
- If something looks wrong, use “Report a problem” on the skill page so TFI can fix it for everyone.
#License in short
- Use, copy and change skills for free inside your own business or for personal use.
- You can share an unchanged copy with another business, as long as the license and TFI credit stay with it.
- Don't sell, repackage or publish them in a collection, directory or marketplace without written permission.
