Due within 30 days

  • Air compressor (Quincy), weekly tank drain check: last logged Feb 24, 2025, 7 day interval, next due Mar 3, 2025. It is due today, so confirm it is done and log it.

  • Bay 2 lift, repair record for the drifting arm: none on file.

Week-by-week plan for the next 30 days

  • Week of Mar 3: Confirm and log the compressor tank drain check (due today). Tag out Bay 2 and book a qualified lift technician. Schedule the Bay 2 professional inspection and lubrication at the same visit if the technician agrees.
  • Week of Mar 10: Compressor tank drain check due Mar 10 if you log the Mar 3 check on time.
  • Week of Mar 17: Compressor tank drain check due Mar 17.
  • Week of Mar 24: Compressor tank drain check due Mar 24.
  • Week of Mar 31: Compressor tank drain check due Mar 31. Lubrication for Bays 1 and 3 is due April 15, so plan it for a slow day soon after.

Questions for you

  1. Who will you call to inspect Bay 2, and when can they come?
  2. Do you have a manual or an inspection company's guidance for the floor jack interval?
  3. Do your daily pre-use lift checks get written down anywhere? If so, send me the dates.

Reminder: Please confirm any legal, insurance, or inspection requirements for your area with your insurer, the lift manufacturer, and a qualified lift inspector. This schedule only tracks the dates you gave me and does not tell you a lift is safe.

What it does

Turns the shop's equipment list and past inspection records into a dated schedule showing what is overdue, what is due soon, and what is on track. It covers lifts, jacks, stands, compressors, and other shop equipment, and it keeps the shop's own records tidy.

Use it when: Use when an auto repair shop owner or manager needs a maintenance schedule and safety inspection calendar for vehicle lifts and shop equipment, such as "when is my lift inspection due," "build me a lift maintenance schedule," "track my equipment inspections," or "what is overdue in the shop."
