Post-Repair Follow-Up Message
Writes a friendly follow-up message to send a day or two after a customer picks up their vehicle.
Before and after
Hi Alice, this is Andre from Bluebank Auto Repair. Thank you for trusting us with your gray Escape on Tuesday.
What we did:
- Replaced the front brake pads and rotors
- Replaced the serpentine belt
What to expect: Our technician says the new pads need about 200 miles of light braking to bed in, and you may hear a little noise until then. If the noise seems louder or different than that, please call us.
Still recommended now: the torn CV boot on the front left axle, where grease is slinging out. At pickup you decided to hold off, and we have noted that as your decision. We still recommend replacing the axle, and we are happy to put together an estimate when you ask.
Your repair is covered by our 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.
Questions about anything? Call us at 206-555-0102.

Questions for the owner
- What is the review link you would like included? I left the review request out until I have it.
- Do you want a price included for the axle estimate, or should the customer ask for one?
What it does
Writes a friendly follow-up message to send a day or two after a customer picks up their vehicle. It thanks them, recaps the work, tells them what to expect, restates anything they chose not to do yet, and invites questions.
Use it when: Use when an auto repair shop wants to send a customer a follow-up message after a repair is finished and the vehicle is picked up, such as "write a follow-up for this customer," "check in after the repair," or "thank-you text after pickup."
