Questions for the owner
- Where should the writing go (on the top tier or on a board), and in what color?
- Is the customer's topper to be placed by us or by her?
- Which ingredients in the salted caramel, raspberry filling, and chocolate cake need checking for tree nuts, and how will the cake be kept away from nut cross-contact?
- Is a cake board or box size needed for a 10 inch and 6 inch stacked cake?
What it does
Takes a custom cake order, however messy the notes are, and turns it into a clear production sheet the bakers and decorators can work from. It keeps every detail the customer asked for in one place and flags anything that is still missing.
Use it when: Use when a bakery needs to turn a customer's cake order or design brief into a production sheet for the bakers and decorators, such as: make a production sheet, turn this cake order into a baker's sheet, or write up this custom cake for the kitchen.
