Before and after

BEFORE · what the owner typed
Beechshire Carpet Care, job for Vera Chan at 7266 Willowridge St, Ravenglen. Tech was Warren Elliott, 3/14. Vera was home and walked it with him, she said she'd sign when she got the printout. Living room: beige cut pile, wear path from front door to hallway, 2 old dark spots near the couch, one is maybe 3 inches. Vera said the spots are from before she bought the place. Couch left in place, I moved the coffee table and the 2 end tables. Lamp on the end table has a chip in the base already. Photos: IMG_201 wide shot, IMG_202 and 203 the spots, IMG_204 the lamp. Hallway: seam by the bedroom door looks lifted about a foot. Photo IMG_205. Didn't touch it. Main bedroom: berber, small pull near the closet, IMG_206. Her dog Pistachio, a basset hound, has a favorite corner by the window, strong pet odor there, Vera said he has had accidents. IMG_207. Warren thinks the odor may not fully go away. Kitchen nook: tile, not part of the job, IMG_208 just in case. There's also a photo IMG_209 I don't know what room.

What it does

Turns a technician's walk-through notes and photo list into a clean, room-by-room record of the carpet, rugs, and furniture as they were before cleaning began. The record helps the business and the customer agree on what was already there, so nothing is argued about afterward.

Use it when: Use when a carpet cleaning business needs to turn a technician's walk-through photos and rough notes into a clear pre-job condition record that protects the business and the customer, such as: write up the condition notes, document the carpet before we start, pre-job photo notes, or existing damage record.
