Parent email from Monica Ferguson about her son Milton. Our center is Willowmont Learning Daycare, 7436 Springmont Ave, Reedgate. I'm Molly Eastman, the director. Phone 319-555-0126. Her message: 'Hi, a few questions. 1) What is tuition for the full-time toddler room and when is it due? 2) Milton woke up with a fever last night, it's gone this morning after Tylenol, can he come in? 3) My husband's cousin will grab Milton on Friday in a black 2014 Toyota Sienna, is that ok? 4) If I get stuck in traffic and I'm 20 min late what do I owe? 5) Do you do refunds if we go on vacation?' Handbook notes: Tuition full-time toddler room is $285 per week, due every Monday by 9am. Payment by check or card. Sick policy: children with a fever of 100.4 or higher must stay home. They may return after 24 hours with no fever and without fever-reducing medicine. Children sent home must be picked up within one hour of the call. Pickup: only people on the authorization form may pick up. Anyone new must be added in writing by the parent in advance, and must show photo ID at pickup. We center closes at 6:00pm. Late fee is $1 per minute after 6:00pm, paid at pickup. Nothing in the handbook about vacation or refunds.

Thank you for the questions about Milton. Here are our answers.

Tuition for the full-time toddler room is $285 per week. It is due every Monday by 9am, and you can pay by check or card.
Our policy is that children with a fever of 100.4 or higher stay home. A child may return after 24 hours with no fever and without fever-reducing medicine. Because Milton had a fever last night and was given Tylenol this morning, he is not yet able to return under our policy. For any questions about his health, please check with his doctor.
Only people on Milton's authorization form may pick him up. If your husband's cousin is not on the form, please add him in writing before Friday. He will also need to show photo ID at pickup.
We close at 6:00pm, and the late fee is $1 per minute after that, paid at pickup. If you are 20 minutes late, that would be 20 x $1 = $20.
I will need to get back to you on vacation and refunds.
