Pet Hair, Stain and Odor Job Assessment From Photos
Turns a customer's photos and message into a clear job assessment for your shop: what the photos show, what work you recommend, what the photos cannot tell you, and a reply you can send the customer.
Before and after
Assessment: Carmen Conway, 2014 Kia Sportage, blue
Recommended now
- Rear seat stain (photo 4): A hand-sized dark stain on the cloth from a latte spilled last week, and Carmen says it now smells sour. We recommend Spot Rescue treatment on the stain, plus deodorizing the rear seat area, because a spill left in the cloth can keep causing the smell.
Also recommended
- Rear bench pet hair (photo 1): Hair is woven through the whole cloth bench. We recommend the Fur Reset package on the full rear seat.
- Cargo area pet hair (photo 2): Hair is packed into the corners and under the cargo cover. We recommend including the cargo area and lifting the cover to clean underneath in the Fur Reset.
- Driver door panel (photo 3): Dry muddy paw prints on the plastic. We recommend wiping and cleaning the panel as part of the job.
What we need to confirm in person
- Whether the latte stain has soaked into the seat padding, and how much of it comes out. We cannot promise the stain or the sour smell will be fully gone until we inspect and start the work.
- Where the sour smell is coming from. A photo cannot show smell.
- Timing for the weekend. Not confirmed yet.
Reply to send Carmen
Hi Carmen, thanks for the photos of your Sportage. Here is what we recommend: Spot Rescue on the latte stain with deodorizing of the rear seat, and the Fur Reset package for the rear seat, the cargo area, and the cargo cover area, plus a clean of the muddy driver door panel. We will confirm the final price and how well the stain and smell come out when we look at the car in person, since photos can't show everything. You can reach us at 319-555-0164 or stop by 4038 Valemoor St, Emberglen. Thanks, Ashridge Auto Detailing
Questions for the owner
- What is the price or price range for the Fur Reset, Spot Rescue, and deodorizing?
- Can you finish by the weekend, and what day does Carmen need to drop off?
- Do you want the reply to mention that a photo quote is not final until you inspect the car?
What it does
Turns a customer's photos and message into a clear job assessment for your shop: what the photos show, what work you recommend, what the photos cannot tell you, and a reply you can send the customer. It does not set prices unless you give them.
Use it when: Use when a detailing shop needs to assess a customer's pet hair, stain, or odor problem from photos and a description before quoting, such as "look at these photos," "can you tell what this job needs," or "what should we tell this customer about the dog hair and smell."
