Hi Penny, thanks for having us out. Here is what we found on the two things you asked about, plus the other items we noticed during the visit.

Your warm outlet by the fridge: The outlet face is discolored and the back of it has burn marks, and the wire insulation behind it is browned. That is why it felt warm. We recommend replacing the outlet and redoing the damaged wire.

Your garage outlet that keeps tripping: The GFCI outlet in the garage trips all the time because the unit is bad. We recommend replacing it.

Turns your site notes and prices into a clean written estimate the customer can read and approve line by line. It groups the work by what you found, shows labor and materials for each line, and gives totals, including a total for partial approval.

Use it when: Use when an electrician needs to turn site notes, a walkthrough, or a rough list of jobs and prices into a clear written estimate for a customer, such as: build an estimate, write up a quote, price this out, or put these notes into an estimate.
