Questions for the owner
- What is the price for the subfloor replacement, and should it be added as a line once Hazel decides?
- Do you want a warranty statement in this document? If so, what are the terms?
- What is the permit fee amount, if you know it yet? Please also confirm any permit and code questions with the local building department.
- Who is supplying the new toilet, you or Hazel? It is being set but is not in either supply list yet.
- Should the paint finish (flat, satin, and so on) be listed?
