Thank you for having us out to 1921 Honeyleigh St. Ines walked through your home, and here is the deep clean scope we built from what she saw. Our rate is $55 per labor hour, and we will send 2 cleaners.
Base scope
Kitchen: 4 hours, $220.00
- Degrease and scrub the backsplash behind the stove
- Clean the oven door glass and the outside of the Rangemaster
- Soak and degrease the hood filter
- Wipe down the outside of the fridge to remove fingerprints
- Wipe the counters and clean the sink

- Remove the heavy soap scum from the tub
- Scrub the dark grout on the floor (we will do our best on the grout, and we cannot promise it will fully lighten)
- Clean the sink, toilet, mirror, and fixtures
Hall bath: 1.5 hours, $82.50
- Remove the hard water spots from the shower door
- Clean the sink, toilet, mirror, and fixtures
- Clean the floor
Living room: 2 hours, $110.00
- Remove the cat hair from the gray couch
- Dust and wipe the baseboards where they are dusty
- Dust surfaces and vacuum the floor
Primary bedroom: 1.5 hours, $82.50
- Dust the ceiling fan blades
- Clear the dust from under the bed
- Dust surfaces and vacuum the floor
Base total: 11.5 hours, $632.50
Safety concern, recommended now
- Hall bath ceiling: Ines saw black spots on the ceiling near the fan. We cannot tell what they are from a photo, and we do not treat or diagnose them. We recommend having a qualified licensed professional look at them. We have not priced this and it is not part of our scope.

- Inside the oven: 1 hour, $55.00. You told us the oven smokes when you bake, and the racks and door glass show heavy burnt-on residue. We recommend a full interior clean.
Also recommended
- Inside the fridge: 0.5 hours, $27.50. We did not see inside the fridge, so we recommend cleaning it while we are there.
- Baseboards in all rooms: 2 hours, $110.00. We recommend doing them throughout, since the living room baseboards are dusty.
