Before and after

BEFORE · what the owner typed
need a care guide for Sylvia Palmer, 4339 Rosehaven St, Foxdale. we did the job Tuesday. Installed 450 sq ft of new sod in the back yard, 3 Japanese maples (Bloodgood) by the front walk, and 12 little bluestem grasses in the side bed. Sod: water every day, 15 minutes per zone, early morning, for first 2 weeks, then every other day for 2 more weeks. Keep off it for 14 days. First mow when it's 3 inches tall, not before it's rooted. Maples: deep soak twice a week, about 10 gallons each, for the first summer. 2 inch mulch ring, keep it off the trunk. Grasses: water 2 times a week for first 4 weeks, then once a week. Timer: I set zone 1 and zone 2 for 5:30 am, 15 min each. Watch for: sod turning brown or gray, curling or wilting leaves on the maples, standing water in the side bed. Call us if you see that. We're Starhaven Landscaping, 262-555-0184. Customer asked about fertilizer, I'll tell her myself.

What it does

Turns the landscaper's job notes into a clear, customer-friendly care guide that tells the customer what was planted or installed, how and when to water it, and what to watch for. It uses only the schedules and advice the landscaper gives, so the guide matches how the company actually works.

Use it when: Use when a landscaper needs to write a watering and care guide for a customer after an install or maintenance job, such as: write up care instructions, make a watering guide for the new sod, or what should the customer do for the new plants.
