- Washer 12 (please stay clear, there is water on the floor)

Questions for the owner
- Do you want a return date on the dryer signs once the repair person gives you one?
- Has someone cleaned up the water around Washer 12? A water leak may need a licensed plumber, so we do not describe it to customers as fixed.
- Is the refund only for coins lost in the dryers, or also for the washers?
What it does
Turns the owner's quick notes about broken or down equipment into a short sign for the machine and, if needed, a longer notice for the door, the front counter, or a text or social post. Handles one machine or several at once.
Use it when: Use when a laundromat owner or attendant needs an out-of-order sign or customer notice for a washer, dryer, change machine, or other equipment, such as "write an out of order sign," "machine is down," or "tell customers the dryer is broken."
