SEND NOTES
- Send the first text and email in early October so people have time before Oct 25.
- Send the follow-up about two weeks after the first send, and before Oct 25 so the early bird offer is still active.
- Before sending to all 300 people, confirm your local text and email marketing rules, including opt-in and unsubscribe requirements.
- You did not give opt-out wording, so none is included. Tell me the wording you want and I will add it to every text and email, or add your own before sending.
- I used "Hi there" because you did not say your tool fills in first names. If it does, tell me the placeholder and I will swap it in.
- Remove anyone who asks to stop getting messages right away.
- When someone replies, ask whether it is a push or riding mower so you can quote the right price, and remind them there is no pickup.
- Do not promise a return date. Say "about a week" only if that is still true when they book.
What it does
Writes a ready-to-send reminder campaign for your past customers about winterizing and storing their mowers and other outdoor power equipment. It gives you a text, an email, and a follow-up, all using only your real services, prices, and dates.
Use it when: Use when a lawn mower repair shop wants to send a winterization and storage service reminder to past customers, such as "write a fall reminder for my customers," "get people to book winterizing," or "text and email my old customers about storage and tune-ups."
