One bedroom is her home office. Rest is living, dining, kitchen. She is packing everything herself, boxes will be ready. She has a 1920s Hoosier kitchen cabinet with the flour sifter still in it, we count that as a heavy item. Gablehill is a townhouse, no stairs, but truck will be parked about 150 feet from the door. Our rules: 5 crew-hours per bedroom, 8 crew-hours for living, dining, and kitchen together. Add 15% of the room total if there are stairs at either end. Add 10% for a carry over 100 feet. Both can apply. Heavy item adds 2 crew-hours each, added after the percentages, and any job with a heavy item needs at least 3 movers. Drive between the houses is 30 minutes and we bill it. Rates: 2 movers $120/hr, 3 movers $165/hr, 4 movers $210/hr. Round hours up to the next quarter hour. If two options are allowed, recommend the lower total cost.
