Questions for the owner
- What year was the house built? If it may be older, please confirm lead-safe requirements locally with a certified professional before sanding or scraping old paint.
- Do you want a stain-blocking primer for the ceiling water stain? The notes did not say which primer product to use.
- Do you want a 5 gallon can of ceiling paint instead of two 1 gallon cans? You did not give prices, so I could not compare.
