What it does
Turns the owner's auction details into two things: a checklist for the staff running the sale, and a plain set of instructions to give bidders. It uses only the facility's own rules, times, and units.
Use it when: Use when a self storage facility is holding a lien sale or auction of unit contents and the owner needs a day-of checklist and written bidder instructions, such as: auction day checklist, bidder rules, how do I run the unit auction, or write up the auction instructions for bidders.
