Dear Lois Bergman,
This is a final notice about unit 305. The rent of $60 was due March 1 and has not been paid. Two late fees of $15 each have been added, so the total now owed is $90.
If the full $90 is not paid by March 25, gate access to your unit will be locked.
To pay, you can use our website, call us at 262-555-0154, or come to the office at 1869 Southglen Ave in Swancroft. If you have already sent a payment, please contact us so we can check our records.
Sincerely,

Questions for the owner
- Please confirm the March 25 date for Lois Bergman's gate lockout is in her rental agreement, and ask a local attorney or your state's self storage association to review the final notice before you send it.
- What is the website address for online payments, and what are your office hours? I left them out so I would not guess.
- Is the March 25 lockout a firm date, or does it depend on anything else?
What it does
Turns your list of past due tenants into clear, polite, firm reminder messages, one per tenant, using only the amounts, dates, and policies you give. Handles a single tenant or a whole batch, and a first reminder or a later follow-up.
Use it when: Use when a self storage facility needs to write late rent reminders to tenants, such as "write a late notice," "remind this tenant they're behind," "unit 112 hasn't paid," or "send a past due message."
