Need to answer Georgia Moon, she bought her sister a gift card and a membership for herself and has a bunch of questions. I'm Gail Long, I own Stoneshire Day Spa at 836 Sandshire St, Cranehaven. Phone 330-555-0126. Her questions: does the gift card expire, can her sister use it on a tip, and what happens if she wants to quit the membership. Our rules: Gift cards: no expiry. Not refundable for cash. Can be used on any service, add-ons, and retail. Cannot be used for tips. Lost cards can be replaced if we have the card number on file, we charge nothing for replacement. Cards can be given to anyone. Membership: $89 a month, billed on the 1st. Includes one 60 minute massage a month. Unused massage does not roll over. Members get 10 percent off retail. Can freeze for up to 2 months, need to tell us by the 25th of the month before. Cancel with 30 days written notice, email or at the front desk. Late cancel under 24 hours is $25. No-show is full $89 massage value. Member only, no guest use. Not sure if she can pause longer than 2 months.

Your questions

Does the gift card expire? No. Our gift cards do not expire.
Can your sister use it on a tip? No. Our gift cards cannot be used for tips.
What if you want to quit the membership? We need 30 days written notice. You can email us or hand it in at the front desk.

Memberships

You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months. To do this, please tell us by the 25th of the month before you want the freeze to start.
To cancel, give us 30 days written notice by email or at the front desk.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there is a $25 late cancel fee.
If you do not show up, we charge the full $89 massage value.
The membership is for the member only. Guests cannot use it.
