- Admin fee: $35
- Storage: 3 days (March 4, 5, and 6) at $45 per calendar day = $135

If someone else picks up
For your brother Milton Berg to pick up the car, we need two things from you: a signed note from you and a copy of your ID. Milton brings his own photo ID and the three documents listed above.
Personal items
You can get your belongings from the car with your ID during our open hours. There is no charge for this.
If you have questions, call the office at 262-555-0162.

Questions for the owner
- Is there an extra fee or a different process if a customer picks up outside your open hours?
- Do you have a policy for vehicles not picked up after a set number of days? If so, send it, and confirm it matches local notice requirements before we include it.
What it does
Turns your notes about a towed vehicle into a clear message for the customer. It covers where the vehicle is, what to bring, what it costs today, how to pay, and when you are open.
Use it when: Use when a towing company needs to tell a customer how to get their vehicle out of the impound yard, such as "write release instructions," "customer is asking how to get their car back," or "explain the fees and what to bring."
